the dangers of multitasking

As usual, this evening, my telly was on mute while
I was surfing the web and listening to music
I just looked up to see some sort of operation,
in glorious detail, on the screen.
I really need to stop doing this.
Not only is it bad for the environment, but also my mental health.
I now need to lie down for a while until this nausea passes.
