I'm going to have one of these...
And I'm going to have every cake pan imaginable...
And pie-dishes...
And every utensil I could possibly need...
And good electronic scales...
And a turntable...
And decorating things...
And I'll bake all the time and be that person who always has something
yummy to offer people when they come over.
And when I'm not baking, I'll be making jams and preserves!
And we mustn't forget a good juicer.
So I can make nice, healthy juices.

I am all grown up and I have most of those things but I don't use them that often.
I do use lots of gadgets but my big KitchenAid mixer is too big to store in my kitchen so it is downstairs and rarely gets brought up. I love my food processor, really good knives, pots and pans and lots of cutting boards.
I don't think I'll ever grow up to be honest, but as a live-in nanny it can be frustrating to be limited to whatever equipment the have in the kitchen. So by growing up I mean getting my own place!
I think I would use a mixer quite a lot as I love baking, this Kenwood one isn't too big and comes with a processor and blender as well which should be handy.
Oh yes please, one of each :) Except the juicer as I already have one. Best piece of equipment I ever bought.
